The start of a new day!

Yeah here I go again, starting a new diet, a new life, a new attitude. It seems I am always starting over. I came up with this motto years ago when I was a kid. You remember it was called do overs.....well anyway I have been doing do overs for a long time but in recent times it seems like I have been doing them every other day. What is it about getting older, it seems like we aren't as happy with ourselves, or our life so we start reinventing ourselves in hopes to find ourselves. Well we will see if this time is different. This time I am putting myself out there, this time I am sharing, and this time..........and time time I will just be me.
